Cancellation Policy
Styled and Staged – Booking Policy For Home or Event Styling & Staging Services 1. 📅 Scheduling & Availability Advance Booking Required: All services must be booked at least 72 hours in advance to ensure availability and proper planning. Consultation Appointments: Initial consultations are required for all styling and staging services. These can be scheduled online or by contacting our team directly. Service Hours: Appointments are available Monday–Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. After-hours bookings may be accommodated upon request and may incur an additional fee. 2. 💳 Payment Terms Deposit Required: A 100% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and begin planning. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, ACH transfers and approved Third-Party Financing. 3. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling Home Services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur additional charges. Event Services: Due to the nature of event planning and rentals, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid additional charges. Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge if requested within the cancellation window. 4. 🏡 Home Styling & Staging Details Consultation Includes: A walk-through of the space, personalized design recommendations, and a follow-up proposal. Staging Services: May include furniture rental, accessory placement, and layout optimization. Styled and Staged will tailor the design to appeal to buyers or reflect your personal style. Photo Prep Add-On: Available for homes preparing for MLS photography. 5. 🎉 Event Styling Details Design Planning: Includes mood boards, layout suggestions, and curated rental selections. Setup & Breakdown: Styled and Staged offers full-service setup and breakdown for styled events. DIY pickup options are also available. Rental Terms: All rental items must be returned in original condition. Damaged or missing items may incur replacement fees. 6. 📞 Communication & Support Contact Us: For questions, changes, or emergencies, reach out via email or phone. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
