💸 Styled and Staged – Refund Policy

Styled and Staged is committed to delivering exceptional styling and staging services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for home and event styling/staging services.
1. 🏡 Home Styling & Staging Services
Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed.
Service Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Full-Service Refunds

If full payment has been made and cancellation occurs:

More than 72 hours before service: 50% refund of total payment.

Less than 72 hours before service: No refund.

Rental Items
-
No refunds will be issued for rental items once they have been delivered.

Damaged or missing items may incur additional charges.
2. Consultation Booking & Payment

Consultation Required: All projects begin with a consultation to assess scope and design direction.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the scheduled service date. Should the client engage Styled & Staged for styling and staging services, the initial consultation fee will be applied to the total service invoice.

Late Payments: May result in service delays or cancellation.
3. Studio Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your studio reservation.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Home Services: Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur additional charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Event Services: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid full service charges.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once at no charge if requested within the cancellation window.
5. Reservation & Payment Terms

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your rental reservation. This deposit ensures your selected items are held exclusively for your event and removed from active inventory.

The remaining balance (50%) is due 14 days before the event date. If payment is not received by this deadline, Styled and Staged reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

If the Customer chooses to cancel their order after full payment is made, 25% of the final payment (not including the deposit) may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the event date.
6. Weather or Venue Issues

Styled and Staged is not responsible for cancellations due to weather, venue changes, or third-party issues.

Refunds will not be issued in these cases, but rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.
7. ⚠️ Exceptions & Discretion
Styled and Staged reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In rare circumstances, partial refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of management.
