Cancellation Policy
🎄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Holiday Rental & Staging Package Due to the significantly discounted price and the time-sensitive nature of holiday staging and rental, the cancellation policy for the All-Inclusive $500 Holiday Staging Package differs from our standard terms. Non-Refundable Deposit: The $500 package price acts as a 100% non-refundable deposit required at the time of booking to secure your date, reserve the elegant couch and theatrical backdrop, and cover initial staging and labor planning. No Refunds: Given the deep discount and bundled nature of this package, no refunds will be issued for any cancellations, regardless of the notice provided. One-Time Rescheduling: You are permitted a single, one-time rescheduling of your 4-hour rental window, provided the request is made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your original scheduled setup time. New Date: The rescheduled date must fall within the current holiday staging season (e.g., within November and December, or as designated by our official promotion dates). Less Than 72 Hours Notice: Rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours notice will be treated as a cancellation, and you will forfeit the entire $500 package price. A new booking and full payment would be required to secure a different date. Cancellation by Styled and Staged: In the unlikely event that Styled and Staged must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the $500 package price will be issued immediately, or we will work to reschedule your service at your convenience.
