Collaboration Exchange & Media Release Waiver
This Collaboration Exchange and Media Release Waiver (the "Agreement") is entered into on the date of signing by the undersigned user ("Collaborator" or "You") in exchange for complimentary access to the studio space and facilities (the "Studio") provided by Styled and Staged (the "Studio Owner").
Part I: Mandatory Collaboration Terms
By signing this Agreement, the Collaborator accepts the following mandatory conditions in exchange for receiving complimentary studio access:
1. Required Promotional Mention and Credit
The Collaborator agrees to prominently mention and credit the Studio Owner in all published content (including, but not limited to, photos, videos, written articles, or other media) resulting from the Collaborator's time in the Studio. This credit must be clearly visible and adhere to the following minimum standards:
• Social Media Platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.): The Collaborator shall tag the Studio Owner’s official account in the image/video and include a clear mention or tag (e.g., "Studio provided by @StyledAndStaged") in the accompanying caption.
• Video Content/Websites (YouTube, Personal Sites, etc.): The Collaborator shall include a visible credit line, logo, or a direct, clickable link to the Studio Owner's official website/profile in the video description, opening/closing credits, or on the resulting webpage.
2. Booking Acknowledgment
The Collaborator understands and agrees that adherence to these mandatory collaboration terms is an essential condition for securing the complimentary booking. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the invoicing of the full standard studio rental rate for the time used.
Part II: Marketing Usage & Media Release Waiver
1. Grant of Rights
The Collaborator hereby grants to the Studio Owner a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute any and all resulting images, video footage, audio recordings, or captured likenesses (including faces, voices, and names) created or recorded by the Studio Owner or observed during the Collaborator's complimentary session (the "Content").
2. Permitted Use
This license grants the Studio Owner the right to use the Content for the Studio Owner's own marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in the following:
• Studio Owner’s official website and social media channels (e.g., to showcase examples of studio usage, features, and setup).
• Printed and digital marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, proposals, and email campaigns.
• Internal training and presentation materials.
3. Release of Liability
The Collaborator releases the Studio Owner, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or in connection with the use of the Content, including, but not limited to, claims of defamation or invasion of privacy.
4. Representations
The Collaborator represents that they have the full legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant these rights to the Studio Owner, and that they will obtain necessary permissions from any models, photographers, or other third parties whose likeness or work is captured in the Content.
Acceptance and Signature
I have read and fully understand the terms of this Collaboration Exchange & Media Release Waiver, and I voluntarily agree to abide by them in exchange for complimentary access to the Styled and Staged Studio.
