Customization and Add-Ons

• Optional Rooms: If your home requires staging beyond the core package (e.g., secondary bedrooms, offices, etc.), additional rooms can be added for a small, transparent fee: $125 - $300 per room, based on size and furnishing needs.

Rental Terms and Transparency

• Extended Rental: If your home requires more time on the market, you can extend the rental period for an additional 30 days at a reduced rate. This must be arranged before the initial term expires.

• Commitment to Transparency: All package fees and any associated extension fees are strictly non-refundable and non-prorated once the staging installation has occurred, irrespective of whether the property sells before the conclusion of the rental term.
